What does our typical work process look like?
After a detailed consultation, we will prepare a non-binding offer.
If an agreement is reached, we will begin with the development and planning.

Is there a personal contact person for your project?
Yes, because we want to give you the opportunity to provide feedback and comments directly at any time. Then you can be sure that you will be heard and your wishes will be implemented.

How many votes are needed?
Only as many as are needed. The larger and more complex the project, the more regularly coordination and status meetings take place.

What is our pricing structure?

It depends on the scope and tasks of the project whether we bill by the hour, by packages, or by flat rate.

Is there a minimum order period?

No, you can terminate the project at any time. Only the costs incurred up to that point that have not yet been invoiced will be billed.

How often do we bill our projects?

At the end of each month, an invoice will be issued detailing the hours and costs incurred. The costs are clearly reconciled with the agreed-upon budget on a monthly basis, so you always know how much of your budget has been used. This also gives us the opportunity to quickly make adjustments together if something goes awry.
