KPI

KPIs stand for Key Performance Indicators and are key metrics used to measure the success of individual components of a company. They can be used to measure, evaluate, and monitor not only the online marketing strategy, but also company processes and entire departments.

Artificial intelligence

Artificial intelligence refers to the ability of computers, programs, or machines to learn and adapt in a way that is similar to human thought. For example, chatbots use artificial intelligence to communicate and answer questions.

Digital assistants like Alexa learn over time through AI to respond better to requests. The intelligence of an AI program increases with each interaction because it has access to a larger amount of data.

Crisis management

Crisis management refers to the ability to manage a crisis in order to minimize the damage caused and return to normality as quickly as possible.

Every company should have a social media crisis management system in place to manage risks on these platforms and be prepared for a prompt response in the event of a crisis.
